Patricia Stoll

Patricia (Trish) Stoll is a teacher turned trainer of 25 years experience. Trish graduated in Psychology/Religious Studies and Sociology in 1980. Having taught Religious Studies for 25 years she decided to put the Psychology component of her degree to good use when she became a trainer in 2007.
This transition from teacher to trainer was based on a real desire to do anything, however small, to help alleviate the stigma surrounding people who have a mental health diagnosis.
Trish adopts a jargon free, down to earth approach. She has built up a reputation for "telling it like it is" using knowledge, humour and compassion.
She has delivered training in the North West to private and voluntary organisations. She now wants to take her expertise nationwide in the hope of challenging stigma and increasing knowledge around mental health to an even wider audience.
Patricia's main areas of interest include:
Mental Health Awareness;
Empowering Service Users;
Using the Recovery Model;
Depression and Anxiety;
Suicide;
Bereavement;
